HOW TO PREPARE YOUR FILE FOR PRINTING.

Three simple steps to a print-ready file — the right template, the right setup, and no surprises during production.

The Process

Three steps to a print-ready file.

01

Download the right template

Depending on the product you're creating — lanyard, snood, pillow or something else — download the matching template. For quick access, templates are also available separately on each product's page.

02

Set up your design

Add your background and place all logos and captions inside the "Logo area" marked with a green line, so nothing important gets cut off during production.

  • Curves, not fonts — convert all text to curves to avoid font mismatches.
  • Min. 1.5 mm letter height for legibility on fabric.
  • Vector logos preferred — bitmaps need at least 300 dpi.
  • PANTONE Solid Coated only — CMYK/RGB may shift on fabric.
03

Send it over

Send your project to us and we'll take care of the rest — our production team reviews every file before it goes to print.

Per-Product Templates

Every product has its own ready-to-use mockup.

Once you've selected a product and configured it (size, color, packaging), a dedicated template for that exact configuration is available to download directly from the product's order form — no need to search separately.

From the same place, you can upload your finished artwork straight into your order.
