In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR), we inform you that:

2.Legal Basis and Purpose of Data Processing: Personal data is processed based on:
- Contractual Necessity: For the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (GDPR, Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Legal Obligation: To comply with legal obligations to which the Controller is subject (GDPR, Art. 6(1)(c)).
Data will be processed exclusively for:
- Executing the contract between the Controller and the data subject.
- Providing applicable warranties related to the contract.
- Protecting the interests of the data subject and/or the Controller in case of claims arising from the contract (GDPR, Art. 6(1)(d) and/or (f)).
- Facilitating business communications regarding future contracts/orders.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable financial, accounting, and tax regulations.
3.Data Access: Personal data will be accessible only to authorized employees and associates of the Controller. Appropriate safeguards have been implemented to ensure the security of the data throughout the processing period.
4.Data Retention Period: Personal data will be processed until the expiration of the provided warranties or until the lapse of obligations arising from applicable laws, whichever period is longer.
5.Data Sharing: Personal data may be shared with external service providers we utilize or collaborate with, such as firms supporting us in accounting and tax matters, training companies, consultants and auditors, insurers, providers of occupational health and safety services, fire protection, security, and IT support. These recipients will have limited access to personal data as necessary to perform their services and are obligated by law and contract to ensure the security of the data.
6.Data Subject Rights: Individuals whose data is processed have the following rights at any stage:
- Access: To obtain information about the processing of their data.
- Rectification: To correct inaccurate personal data.
- Restriction: To limit the processing of their data.
- Portability: To receive their data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Erasure: To request the deletion of their data (“right to be forgotten”), provided there are no overriding legitimate grounds for processing.
